These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Brenmavyn platform and website located at brenmavyn.com, operated by Brenmavyn Technologies Ltd ("Brenmavyn", "we", "our" or "us"), registered at 14 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 EK84, Ireland. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Platform access

Access to the Brenmavyn platform is managed through a guided onboarding request process. You must submit an access request via the Contact page and receive confirmation from the support team before using the platform's data analysis and insight features. Brenmavyn reserves the right to decline or revoke access at its discretion.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Brenmavyn platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false, misleading or incomplete information in access request forms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
  • Use the platform to collect, transmit or store information that infringes the rights of any third party
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or the experience of other users

3. Platform availability

Brenmavyn endeavours to keep the platform available and functioning. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any disruption to platform availability.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Brenmavyn platform and website, including text, design elements, interface components and the Brenmavyn name and logo, is the property of Brenmavyn Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brenmavyn Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for platform access in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to these terms

Brenmavyn may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify users via the registered email address or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
